Larry Gibson is a retired Captain from the Phoenix Fire Department. He was among the first group of Paramedics to be certified in the state of Arizona.
Larry is an avid outdoorsman, observing wildlife in its natural habitat. He brings his keen observations back to the studio and incorporates them into his creations.
Working with wood has always been a passion for Larry beginning with his first project, a coffee table for his Mom, back when kids took shop class in 7th grade.
His love for wood carving expanded 12 years ago when he took classes and began carving fish. He reached competition level, capturing blue ribbons for the high quality and expertise of his work.
